With Child = Ehawawisit: Experiences and Perspectives of Métis Women on Pregnancy, Birth, and Motherhood

Presents findings from six Gatherings of Métis women from across Alberta. Discusses the results under the six main themes which emerged: impacts of colonization; interactions with the health care system; "missing stories" and storytelling of pregnancy and birth; reconnecting and reclaiming Métis identity, community support, resilience, and challenges; and asserting well-being.
