Star also discusses conflict with the provincial government over their plans. Courchene introduces himself but declines to comment on these issues. Following this is a presentation by Chuck Koppang of the Manitoba Lotteries Foundation who provides the provincial perspective on Native Gaming issues (pgs 85-91).
