Establishment of mandate, by Order-in-Council P.C. 1991-1329, of an agency to consider and conduct inquiries into certain matters related to land claims by First Nations in Canada. The mandate also spells out the end for the Indian Claims Commission by asking for final reporting March 31, 2009.
