File contains a presentation by Chief Stewart Paul of the Tobique First Nation. Paul welcomes Commissioners Erasmus and Robinson to Tobique, then proceeds to discuss the history of the First Nation, its part in Pre-Confederation Treaties, the creation of their reserve, its war veterans in numerous global conflicts, notable individuals from Tobique, and some of the economic and social concerns faced by the nation. Paul also elaborates on some of the programming undertaken by the community to deal with these concerns.

File contains a presentation by Councillor Wayne Nicholas, of the Tobique First Nation. Nicholas discusses the history of his people and offers his opinion that self-government and self-determination are essential goals today. Following his presentation is a discussion between Nicholas and Commissioner Erasmus on the Tobique land claim.

File contains a presentation by Tara Perley of the Tobique First Nation, and Phyllis Barnaby of the Burnt Church Band on issues facing Aboriginal post-secondary students. Perley discusses suicide rates and concerns, while Barnaby focuses on funding concerns. Following their respective presentations is a discussion between the presenters and Commissioners Erasmus and Robinson on post-secondary education issues.

The group's representatives who include Caroline Innis, Karen Perley, Marina Moulton, and Bet-te Paul make a series of recommendations to the Commission which they think will improve the lives and representation of Aboriginal women across Canada.

File contains a presentation by Wendall Nicholas and Mae Perley on behalf of the Tobique First Nation. Nicholas and Perley discuss ideas and issues related to accommodating and providing services for disabled people on the First Nation's territory. Following the presentation Commissioners Robinson and Erasmus make some comments.
